Air safety: New list by EU Commission

No new bans

The European Commission has updated its "black list" of airlines that are not allowed to operate in the European airspace due to their poor safety standards. For the first time since 2010, airlines from the Philippines were released from the list and are therefore able to fly within Europe again. The Commission did not impose any new bans.
