European contact point
The European Consumer Centre (ECC) assumes the task of being the national contact point in Austria in several areas of European jurisdiction:
- Contact point in the context of the Services Directive
- Contact point for Geoblocking
- Contact point for online dispute resolution (ODR)
In addition, the ECC is the contact point for Austrian consumers for problems related to danger at the holiday destination.
