Beware of fraudsters
Events like the Song Contest are often accompanied by unprofessional providers who try to make money with fraudulent ticket sales. Those tickets are in most cases highly overpriced, not delivered or fake.
The authorized ticket dealers for the Song Contest are:
- the website of the ORF Ticketing partner oeticket.com
- the oeticket-Service phone: +43 1 96096
Austrian Consumers can also buy tickets at:
- the ticket box office of the Wiener Stadthalle (Roland-Rainer-Platz 1, 1150 Vienna)
- the website of the Wiener Stadthalle
- the website of Wien-Ticket
- the Ticketinfo: +43 1 98100 480
The tickets are in huge demand and will be sold out rather quickly. This is the moment for fraudsters. They will try to sell their “remaining tickets” online. Don’t fall for their lies - stay with the official ticket dealers!
If you didn’t get your tickets on Monday, don’t get frustrated. According to ORF, there will be more ticket sales until the final show, so you will get another chance to buy some.
