Interview partners wanted - own experiences with online shopping

We are looking for interview partners between 35 and 54 years old who would be willing to conduct an interview via video call in English until Monday (4 April). 

The questions are aimed at consumers and mainly concern their own behaviour when shopping online and their own opinion on what should be improved in the framework conditions. Participants would allow their answers to be quoted anonymously as part of an EU-wide campaign. The interview would last a maximum of one hour.

The EU Commission is preparing a broad information campaign on improvements in online shopping. The campaign will raise awareness of changes in consumer law on online shopping in the light of contemporary influencing factors such as social media, etc.

Wir suchen bis Montag (4.April) Interviewpartner zwischen 35 und 54 Jahren alt, die bereit wären ein Interview per Videoanruf in englischer Sprache zu führen.

Die Fragen richten sich an Konsumentinnen und Konsumenten und betreffen vor allem das eigene Verhalten beim Online Shoppen und die eigene Meinung was an den Rahmenbedingungen verbessert werden sollte. Teilnehmer*innen würden gestatten, dass Ihre Antworten anonym im Rahmen einer EU - weiten Kampagne zitiert werden dürfen. Das Interview würde maximal eine Stunde dauern.

Die EU Kommission bereitet eine breite Infokampagne über Verbesserungen Im Onlineshopping vor. Die Kampagne wird Neuerungen im Verbraucherrecht beim Online Shoppen im Hinblick auf zeitgemäße Einflussfaktoren wie soziale Medien etc. bekannter machen.
