The Digital Era

The European Commission is hosting its annual European Consumer Summit for the sixth time in Brussels on 1. and 2. April 2014. This year's focus will be on EU Consumers in the Digital Era.

Stakeholders from all across Europe will gather to correspond about how consumers can fully avail of the digital economy.

Six seminars will address the main concerns of consumers, from the protection of consumer rights to the skills consumers need to orientate on the internet. The conference provides a platform for discussions about a successful consumer policy in the digital age.
