Survey of the EU Commission

The EU Commission currently evaluates future protection of whistleblowers. The institution is also interested in your opinion.

Whistleblowers are persons with information about about acts of companies which represent a threat or harm to the public interest. On the one hand, no one should be afraid to report such facts. On the other hand, the new rules should prevent malicious or abusive reports.
