Code of EU online rights

A new brochure of the EU Commission informs consumers about their online rights: "Code of EU Online Rights".

On 20 pages, the most important fields of online rights are presented, from access to online services to e-commerce and dispute resolution.

In the framework of the "Digital Agenda", the EU Commission aims to improve the protection of European consumers using the Internet and online services. On the website "Digital Agenda for Europe", an overview of all EU rights and regulations regarding this topic can be found.
