Consumer Champion, an EU initiative for networking and education, has launched a new course. Via e-learning, experts, consumer protection organisations, manager or others with a professional interest in consumer topics can become familiar with the field of "Telecommunications".
The offered module covers the evolution of telecom markets, actors and stakeholders as well as the legislation in the EU, e.g. regarding roaming or net neutrality.
