Pilotes of the German airline Lufthansa announced a strike for tomorrow, March 18th 2015. It will affect short and medium haul operations of Lufthansa. Long distance flights and flights operated by Germanwings, Eurowings, Air Dolomiti, Swiss, Brussels Airlines and Austrian Airlines as well as Lufthansa Cityline will remain unaffected.
Lufthansa published a special flight schedule for tomorrow (Wednesday). Passengers can check whether or not their flight is cancelled and, according to the airline, rebook or cancel free of charge.

Background of the repeated strikes are difficult negotiations between the German Pilots' union Vereinigung Cockpit (VC) with the biggest European airline company Lufthansa.
