The legal department of the VKI - on behalf of the social ministry - successfully went to court against DocLX. The tour operator offers party travels for school classes after their graduation.
DocLX uses methods of advertising that aim at creating group pressure among the students in order to get them to book. Vienna's Commercial Court (HG) now decided that such practices are aggressive and inpermissible.
The verdict is not yet final.
