News regarding Lowcostholidays

Contact of insolvency administrator

In August, the ECC has reported about the insolvency of the company Lowcostholidays Spain S.L (see here). At that time, the situation regarding the provider of the websites "Lowcostholidays.com" and "Hoteling.com", offering booking of hotels and flights, was relatively intransparent.

Our colleagues from the European Consumer Centre in UK have some news. The firm Smith and Williamson LLP and CMB Partners UK Ltd was assigned to manage the insolvency proceedings. Affected consumers can turn to the following e-mail address: lowcosttravelspain@smith.williamson.co.uk.
