Dear consumer,
the European Consumer Centres Network (ECC-Net) is currently working on a project regarding the topic "Online holiday booking: Is the indicated price the final price?". In 2015 the ECC-Net received many complaints by consumers who booked a flight, a hotel room or a rental car online. In the end they had to pay more than the price indicated at the beginning of the booking process.
